The Residence Serenella provides new holidays apartments in the city centre of Diano Marina, only 150 mt away from beaches. Fully built in 2012, the Residence have been awarded for the quality with the “3sun”, the maximum score of the hotel classification dedicated to holidays homes.

The comfort in a cosy environment, modern and of quality is the point of strength of our structure, in the city centre with all first necessity services and shops just a few steps away, so as the beach; the Residence access is free of architectural barriers, with a large lift.

Stay

Inside the Residence is available a comfortable area to load and unload your luggage near the lift.
Outside, in the public space near the Residence, there is free parking.
Included in the price, during the stay between June and September, is the ticket for the “blue zone” parking.
Pets are not accepted and in the apartments, it is forbitten to smoke.
All the accommodations are equipped with full kitchen utensils, full lines for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, flat-screen TV, induction cooker, large fridge with freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
All apartments have balconies and six of them have large balconies (8 sqm).
